Wanda Hotel Development Company Limited (HKSE: 169) is an investment holding company whose subsidiaries are principally engaged in hotel operation and management, hotel design and construction management services and investment property leasing. We first went public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2002. In June 2013, Dalian Wanda Commercial Properties Co., Ltd. formally became our controlling shareholder. In October 2014, we changed our name to Wanda Hotel Development Company Limited.

At present, the Group’s hotel businesses have been operated by Wanda Hotel Management (HK) Co., Ltd, which is a leading hotel services provider in the People ‘s Republic of China (“PRC”) and is principally engaged in the business of hotel management and operations, hotel design and construction management and related consultancy and other ancillary business, with comprehensive capabilities in hotel management and operation. For property business, we have Guilin Wanda Plaza project in the PRC.

The Group will continue to be prudent to further expand our sources of revenue, enhance our profitability, and seek to maximize the interests of our shareholders.
